My eyes change colors between green and brown/hazel and i wear black eyeliner on the top and a smokey eyelid with lots of thick mascara. i always get compliments on my eye color.

gold eyeshadow might look nice. try the sephora brand glitter eyeliner in any color you'd like. it goes perfectly with any outfit. except for the blue. put a little bit of light pink blush to add some color to your face
lorel pressed powder she would probs get light ivory it goes o fast and iyou dont need that much it makes you have like porsalin skin idk bout the eyes mabe some deep purple eyeshdow with back mascara
