Go to the makeup section of any store and they'll be a sales person to help you. If that's not your thing, look on the advertisements and find a model with your coloring. If your eyes are light, you should wear darker eyeshadow. They'll stand out.
definately dark purple eyeshadow and black pencil eyeliner(top and bottom) and black length and volume mascara





also: plum blush and clear, thick , wet lipgloss
you would have to try it for yourself. they say dont use green on green eyes, but i think it looks great. browns are really nice on green eyes as greens are really nice on brown eyes.
