Good makeup for green eyes and dark skin?

I want quite natural looking makeup but i also want to stand out. Usually i wear black mascara and black liquideyeliner and kohl eyeliner on the bottom. sometimes on the top but mostly i cant be bothered. tips please? i never wear eyeshadow, i wouldnt know where to begin! well i wouldnt go with really dark color like black eyeline and mascara is fine but for eyeshadow i would go with lighter colors or like neutral colors....it will make your eyes pop out at people and how pretty they are but dont draw to much attention to them because your eyes are really pretty....light on the makeGood makeup for green eyes and dark skin?
The time is now to start wearing eyeshadow! Gold lose eye powder(can find really cheap at Walmart or Walgreen's/CVS) goes great with hair %26amp; eye color. The loose powder has a sheerer look and you can decide how light or heavy you like best. Just play with it! You will be suprised how different it can look and will only play up your normal eyleliner/mascara routine.
