What is the best makeup for red hair and bright green eyes ( like my avatar )?

Im curious what you all think would be the best makeup choice. I dont go for anything drastic like blue eyeshadow. Just simple ways to enhance my features. What is the best makeup for red hair and bright green eyes ( like my avatar )?
Green eyes are really fun to work with. They have such a wide color range from turqouise to chartreuse to forest green to bright light green and on and on.

These tips are designed for the magority of green eyes, but of course there are exceptions to every rule. My best advice is to try every color that you're interested in. You'll be surprised what looks good.

Choosing An Eyeshadow

These colors are some of the most popular for green eyes.

Try different browns, especially chocolate tones. Browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights are also a great choice.

Apricots and taupes are good choices for highlighters.

Dark purples, plums and metallics work too. Coppers and golds will make a really glamorous evening look for makeup tips for green eyes. I personally really like the way deep purples look with dark green eyes.

Colors To Avoid

When you're learning makeup tips for green eyes, it also helps to know what colors you might want to avoid.

First up, blues. Any color of blue doesn't do green eyes justice. I would recommend avoiding light blues, dark blues and even some colors (purples or pinks) with blue undertones.

Pinks are also a hard color to judge. Some can look really, really good and others can look really, really bad. This is usually a matter of trial and error.

Silvers are not a good choice either. Leave them for the blue eyes.

Eyeliner Colors

Unless you really like black eyeliner, it's usually a color to avoid. Try steely grays or chocolate browns. Use gold or white to open up the eye if your eyes are small.

The Rule Of Thumb

A good rule of thumb when choosing a color for makeup tips for green eyes is to focus on warm colors and avoid cool colors.

Like I said, there are exceptions to every rule, but this should provide a nearly fail-safe method for choosing eyeshadow colors to bring out the beauty of your green eyes. What is the best makeup for red hair and bright green eyes ( like my avatar )?
Natural colors. Such as really light earthy tones. Or just a light touching of eyeliner and/or mascara. Subtle is the key.
I have red hair and blue eyes, and I usually go with softer, more natural colors like browns, and maybe some grays. I use a little bit of soft brown, or darker purple (looks smoky black) eyeliner on my top lid, and just smudge that in with some soft brown over the lid, and a little touch of faded darker purple (again smoky like) in the crease of my lid to the brow bone and blend it so it's warm.

I think green eyes might pop nicely with some subtle sparkled browns, or an easy shade of green/brown/purple if you can blend it nicely.

Mascara might be too much--I know for me it is, even the clear stuff makes me look like a porcelain doll that closes its eyes when you lay it down :/

For the rest of your face, just a matching skin-tone foundation, with blush if you really need it, lightly applied, and a gentle lip gloss/stick, pinkish probably, nothing dramatic.
For eyes, greens, purples, pinks, browns and gold. Stay away from blue, silver and red.

blushes really depend on skin tone, but chances are you're fair skinned, so a light pink would work well.

Lips, clear or light pinks would look nice.
that dark red that is almost brown with blue eye shadow is hott
well red hair and green eyes, you may want to go with some neutral tones and brown liner for the eyes and maybe pinky blush and clear gloss
a balaclava!
My girlfriend never wears makeup (only occasionally) because she doesn't need to and I prefer the natural look. But I guess it's all down to personal preference, really.
olive green always looks absolutely amazing with red hair! whether it's olive green makeup, clothes, jewelry...it is just one of those things in life that should never be separated...lol
A) as a guy, I say loooots of lipstick. The sexier the better. Always try to look like you want any guy you look at. That makeup is the best.
