How can I use makeup to brighten my green eyes?

I have really pretty green eyes, but they dont show up very well. I want to know how I can brighten them with makeup.How can I use makeup to brighten my green eyes?

*If you want to acheive an intense smokey eye look, purples will become your bestfriend! You can go with grays and blacks, but purples are rich, intense, and beautiful with green eyes. It will really bring contrast, and make your eyes pop,.


-First, sweep a light shimmery shade over your entire browbone and lid.

Then dust on a light peach blush on the apples of your cheeks for a natural beatufiul rosy complexion. THis look is all about simplicity and bringing out your eyes in a subtle but pleasantly unexpecting way.





***By the way steer clear of green and blue eye makeup. These colors will only compete for attention with your eye color, and in the end, your eyes will become lost in the makeup. Using contrasting colors is what makes the eyes pop.

I have the same problem with green/brown hazel eyes. I tried their hazel kit...I am mostly satisfied with it except maybe the colors should be a little more saturated because on me they don't pop (I have medium brown skin).





For green eyes they recommend:


- a raisin quartz eyeliner


- mascara in raisin quartz or green


- puple, olive green, and silver shadows

Also, Sephora has different kits especially for eye colors. I haven't tried the brown eyes yet from them.
well you could use dark green glittery eyeshadow....
You should use black eyeliner, and mascara


I use both of those on my hazel eyes, and then my eyes look green!!!

I have green eyes and I use purples. I know it sounds scary but it really does work. If you don't want to go that dramatic then try browns. Don't use greens.
Purple, lilac, turquoise or brown eyeshadow, thick black mascara %26amp; black eyeliner on the outer bottom eye [where your bottom eyelashes grow]. If you don't want to wear as much as that then eyeshadow %26amp; a slick of black mascara will work just as well.

I know this will sound kind of 80's but shades of purple will bring out the green in your eyes. Mine are hazel and when I use purple eyeliner, they look more green than brown.
i know this may seem weird, but use white eyeshadow and pinky blush. like Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Eyeshadow in Vanilla Veil and a pinky blush like Physicians Formula Cream Blush in Rose Palette. it will look really pretty and make your eyes pop.
use a plum or dark blue eye liner.
Pink or purple eyeshadow make green eyes pop. Especially purple will accent the color of your eyes. Don't use green, it will distract from the green of your eyes.
use a black eye liner and black mascara to bright them up
I would but a little bit of green eye shadow (not a lot) and also some dark green eye liner. It looks very pretty to green eyes, trust me!
