Purple ( not like metallic-like ) really brings out hazel/green eyes.. that is what I use and it is wicked.. every time I wear purple/violet eyeshadow people always make positive comments on how beautiful my eyes are!

Black eyeliner! It brings them out SO good, especially if you do the whole ';smoky eye'; thing. And keep your hair out of your face, it brings attention to your eyes.

teal eyeliner and black mascara really makes hazel eyes pop.
pinks and browns make green eyes look more green.
use a dark eyeshadow/pencil, it brings them out! browns are always very nice with green eyes.
