I have pale skin, gray-blue eyes, dark brown hair with blond hi-lights, and I'm going to wear a green shirt. (reg. green color).What color makeup for wearing a green shirt and pale skin?

i think you should wear yellow eyeshadow with brown eyeliner and light pink blush. a natural color lipgloss.
Go with nuetral colors like brown, tan, pink blush and a pale lip gloss. If you wear bright make up it will compete with your green shirt and you'll look like a clown.
i would say a neutral color like light brown or pink.

At your age you don't need much make up. Make up is basically for older women who have lost the bloom of youth. If you feel you need something you might get some lip gloss to accent your lip a little more and remember to smile.
