Use brown eyeliner on the inside of the eyelids and brown mascara.
Brown looks better on the lighter skin because it is less of a contrast.
This will make your eyes stand out.

try a bronzer but go light with it. too much can just make you look orange nd obviously fake. also, get some nautral eyeshawdows.. brown, tappe, nd all that. clear/pinkish lip gloss would look great. and also when wearing a foundation make sure you put it on your neck a bit to blend everything in. go one shade darker than your natural skin color. try make up from revlon, loreal or neutrogena. you can wear black/dark brown mascara. that would really bring out your eyes.
Wear a green or brown eye shadow, eyeliner, and make sure you put on a lot of mascara so you're eyelashes are big.
