i think the person with fair skin and green eyes is real cute and i think she just should be herself or if she really wants to apply some makeup then i think it should be in proper blend with the dress she wears ....there should be balance between beauty and elegance for example if she is wearing short skirts which is black in color then she should have pink and violet mixes color shade as eye shadow and ... a beautiful light pink color lipstick .
