im 14 and i want my eyes to stand out. they are kinda small. any tricks, color, products, etc that will help me?How to make small hazel (more green than brown) eyes pop without using ALOT of makeup?
Use a blue eye liner...blue makes brown stand out....or wear something red, green or blue
