My mom bought it and it looks wonderful, and it's amazing how it brings out the green in her eyes. Whatever you do, do not put eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes, that always makes them look smaller. And instead of wearing white eyeliner you are supposed to get a skin toned eyeliner. When you put any eyeliner on you put it on the top, and never cover the whole lid. You start near the middle of the eye(more to the left) and then just finish. Good Luck!!!

underline them with black eyeliner (or dark brown) and then you can put mascara on them. Make the line of eyeliner be thicker around the end of the eye and you can put pink eyeshadow on the top (not to much though). You can also try to do smoky eyes. It usually makes them look little bigger, more piercing. :) good luck!
Browns, beiges, NOT black though, they make your eyes look sleepy. Paris blue colored eyeliner would also work pretty good. if you are feeling festive, yellow would also be a nice shade.

First use some lengthening mascara. Then put some gold/bronze eye shimmer thickly near the eyelashes and make it thinner towards your eyebrow. Also add eyeliner to the waterline of your eye to make them wider. Hope this helps!
