eyeliner and mascara... you could do some eyeshadow if you really want. like blue/green eyeshadow. :P that's probably a really cute outfit! :D
well since you're outfit is really colorful i would go with soemthing subtle because then your face won't blend with your outfit.
Go with a beige or tan. And a little mascara and black/deep brown eyeliner.
since u have the funky colors going on in ur outfit just go plan and simple with makeup. some black eyeliner with black mascara is perfect
I think that just a bit of eyeliner would look great as it's subtle.
