Sometimes my eyes look hazel, sometimes they look green... Eye makeup help please?

How can I tell what color my eyes are? Green or hazel? And, should I get eye makeup for hazel eyes or green eyes? Any tips on bringing out the gold (to make them look more hazel) and the green (to make them look more green)? Then maybe I can choose which color based on that... Thanks!!!Sometimes my eyes look hazel, sometimes they look green... Eye makeup help please?
Your mascara and eye liner colors should be determined more by your hair color and over skin tone. If you have dark hair and lashes, go with black, dark brown or very dark green mascara and eyeliner. If your coloring is more fair or if you have blonde or light eyelashes, go with a brown mascara and a lighter eyeliner, such as a medium brown, green, bronze or even khaki. You may even want to dry dark purple or dark green mascara - colored mascara can really make your eyes pop.

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>Sometimes my eyes look hazel, sometimes they look green... Eye makeup help please?
Actually, sometimes it depends on what you're wearing.

It DOES affect the color of your eyes. It happens to my friend all the time :D

%26amp; I've heard that you shouldn't match your eye makeup with the color of your eyes. But there are specific eye makeup colors that will make them stand out, for example, hazel eyes with black eye makeup...i think, not sure =/

So yeah, try wearing green, yellow, or something close to those xD

Green %26amp; hazel are almost the same anyways :D %26amp; u should be happy that you have pretty colored eyes xD

Hope I helped :D
the best color for both green and hazel eyes is purple.

darker or medium purples would really bring the gold from hazel eyes out and it would make the green really pop because they contrast each other.

you can just wash a purple shadow over the lid, or use a deep purple eyeliner on the top lashline

hope this helps

Where can my wife buy the bright pink or green makeup lily allen wears plz?

is it liquid eyeliner or just shadow? hard to tell.

Stockist info and brand name please would be great if anyone knows it.

here is a pic if you haven't seen it before.

http://www.channel4.com/music/media/T/t4鈥?/a>Where can my wife buy the bright pink or green makeup lily allen wears plz?
Easy! The BEST brands of makeup in all the colours of the rainbow that you could ever imagine are Barry M stocked at all Superdrug stores (see the range at www.barrym.co.uk) and Stargazer, which can be bought online at www.stargazer-products.com and various alternative and fancy dress shops. Neither of these are stocked at Boots though. They tend to do the more natural makeup.

The makeup Lily is wearing in the picture is eyeshadow which is very possibly Barry M's dazzle dust. It goes on thickly like eyeliner if used with a small applicator. Have fun!Where can my wife buy the bright pink or green makeup lily allen wears plz?
try the internet.
that lily allen girl uses crayons!
It's a case of looking around at different brands, most of them all do bright colours these days, the ones I have seen were from Collection 2000, they had some really bright colours..
That's Shrek 3 not Lilly Allen.
benifit counter at boots, debenhams, etc
BARRY M does good makeup and all different colours

you can find it in Boots
you could try superdrug they hav a wide range of things
You could try here http://www.wishcosmetics.co.uk i am not 100% they will have it but they stock quite a lot of cosmetics and make up.
Walgreens, they have all kinds of makeup, and very inexpensively.
Boots!
Barry M is absolutely great for the bright colour eyeshadow that Lily Allen wears. They have bright colour everything from eyeshadow to nail varnish. I really recommend your wife look at these products as they are great, and not too expensive. It is a make that only sells in Superdrug so get yourself down there!
Sallys usually carries a very wide variety of vivid colors, hot topic is also a must for those ';Hey look at me'; bright tones. The black is liquid eyeliner, she also wears fake lashes to add drama to the ';look';. You could also try getting the same effect by using colorful eyeliners, they come in reds and blues so you won't get stuck in the Pink and Greens.
Her trademark look of stripes of acid brights and thick black kohl liner can be achieved really easily with either coloured liners or eye shadow. If you go down the coloured liner route, MAC have some really fantastic liquid ones at the moment. They鈥檙e called Mac Liquidlast Liners, and it鈥檚 not a boast - this liquid stuff lasts - it's just not easily removed! But that鈥檚 a trifling matter as it looks so nice when it鈥檚 on. Comes in a range of colours, which are slightly metallicised and they go on really easily. MAC also do a load of other liner ranges such as their Powerpoint Eye Pencil range, but for definition and sharp lines, the Liquidlast range takes the prize. Alternatively, it鈥檚 not difficult to apply a sharp sweep of colour to your lids with shadow. The best shadow for this is one with an extremely high pigment content, so that means cheapo brands probably won鈥檛 work for this look - try MAC, STILA, NARS and POUT for lovely shadow shades with a large amount of pigment. Prime your lids with something like Benefit鈥檚 Lemon aid, and then, with a clean makeup applicator, load up the colour. Apply the shadow in a line directly above the lashes, from the outside of your eye inwards. Get to about half way, stop, hold the eye slightly taught, and apply from the inner eye out to meet your previous line. Practice a bit for perfection. These items should be available on the cosmetic counter of any good department store.
Boots super drugs they stock it try them !!
Barry M do a really broad selection of bright pots of eyeshadow - you can get them in superdrug and they're around the 拢4 mark. Would be a good place to start if she hasn't experimented with it before. Alternatively if she doesn't mind spending a bit more then I like shu uemura (I got a funky bright pink eyeshdow cream from liberty in regent st for about 拢14 but this was some time ago so check if they still stock it, I know Harvey Nichols do and have a feeling fenwicks may) that do bright colours, it's really funky and because it's a cream you can make it as strong as you want by putting on a lot or just a little.

She could apply as an eyeshadow or take a cotten bud and apply as a thick eyeline. If she wants it more liquid looking then Urban Decay do a product for around 拢10 which turns your eyeshadow into eyeliner. Genius!
Try boots they sell loads of variety, im sure it wouldnt be hard to find. Im also an Avon rep and they do it in their if you get Avon in your area
easy peasy! new look has just introduced a clothes range inspired by lily allen so check in there, i got sum black nail varnish in there from her range, also check in house of fraser or debenams or mac
Hi I think its mostly eye shimmers, like eye dust, collection 2000 do a good one, then obviusly they go dearer like MAC or Barry M.

Does brown makeup go good with green eyes?

it depends on your skin tone...

i think you have beautiful skin and it would look greatDoes brown makeup go good with green eyes?
yea it does, more if it is a gold colour.

I have green eyes, and i've found that purples really make green eyes pop. But brown can look good, especially if you want a very natural look, just make sure you don't make the brown TOO dark, unless its in the crease or used as an eyeliner, because that can kind of make you look dead. But brown can look very good, like brown eyeliner or a nice bronzer that has a bronzy/brown tint to it.Does brown makeup go good with green eyes?
Yes, it makes them really stand out. You could try mixing bronze and brown shades together for an extra glow.

Makeup to go with a sea green-blue outfit?

I'm going to wear a sea greenish bluish outfit for my farewell. Can someone suggest an eyeshadow color to go with it.Makeup to go with a sea green-blue outfit?
either a terquiose (sp) or aqua color would look lovely ..

maybe some dark black eyeliner for the top lids

and what ever color u choose for the shadow ..

u can get the same color liner for your waterline ..

**make sure u add some mascara to complete the look!**Makeup to go with a sea green-blue outfit?
ew, Don't put those colors on your face. Colored makeup is so distracting and always looks bad. People will be staring. You should wear a gold/bronze eyeshadow. If you need eyeliner, go with a light brown. Keel it neutral, to bring out your natural beauty. Your outfit already sounds quite exciting, you don't want to overdo it!
a shimmer gold eye shadow with a green liner (to match the dress but not too matchy matchy.). very natural face make up. i would do a very light peach for the lips. and bronser instead of blush.

also make sure your tan, if your really pale you wont look good.
who cares
whatever you do, don't match your clothing.

Ugh...

I'd suggest a smoky eye, that looks good with a lot.

Or a lime green liner, to an extent...
I would wear very light black eyeliner, very light, shiny lip-gloss and some blue eye shadow :)
You could either try a black smokey eye. I'm not real sure going with the same color of your outfit is a good choice, it clashes too much. Instead try a complimentary color.
Lavendar eyeshadow is in right now and I think it goes great with green.
A turquoise blue liner, with sparkling pale green all over the lid.

A nude lip.

can you tell me what makeup color would make my green eyes pop?Whats the best eye makeup for a skin tone that is olive/tan with light green eyes and light brown hair?
To make your eyes stand out you need a contrast color and the best way to find this out is to get a diagram of a color wheel...try this one below:

    http://www.pagethinker.com/images/color-鈥?/a>

Find the color that is your eyes (green) and look at what color is opposite it on the wheel (purple) this is your contrast color and will make the green stand out the most.Whats the best eye makeup for a skin tone that is olive/tan with light green eyes and light brown hair?
I have green-hazel-gray eyes and I personally love Urban Decay's ';Toasted'; eyeshadow. I cover my lid up to the crease and then rim my bottom eyelid with it. After adding one coat of black mascara, my eyes really pop. Purple wold also be a good color for you. Nothing to dark or to light, but a strong royal purple.
Go for a really dark, dramatic smokey look of purple for special occasions. Add brown/bronze shades of eyeliner to outline the purple.

If you really need help go to a department store and they will help you find something good for you.

green %26amp; brown go well together and give a good contrast, so you could try dark or tan shades.

you could also maybe try a bit of pink if you'd like to add some color.
light browns, darkish greens, black or white or purple maybe even a light blue
    jeez you are lucky!

umm i think you should just wear black eyeliner and mascara with a smoky eye effect :)
blue, grey, black, purple - any of those colors.

I have blue/green almond shaped eyes, how should I wear my makeup?

I almost look like this, ahah. I ALWAYS do a cat eye on my eyes, with sometimes thick but sometimes thin liquid eyeliner on the eyelids and just a tiny line on the outer corner of the bottom lid. Eyeshadows that look the best are light blue, indigo, rosy-orangy-goldish, bronze, and light pink. This post explains how to apply eyeliner based on your eye shape

    http://www.audreydao.com/2009/03/31/how-…

    Hope all this helps!
Pick a berry color for your lips, so it stands out the right amount. Then wear like dark or metallic eye shadow , and then put 2 coats of mascara on both the top and bottom lids. And last pick a light pink shade for your cheeks
If you have bags under your eyes, apply a slightly lighter than your skin tone shaded concealor under your eyes.

Step 1: Apply a thin black eye liner under your eye. Use one with a little bit of sparkle to make your eyes look more ';awake'; try Maybelline New York Stylist in Black Sparkle $7 at drugstores

Step 2: Use a pink eyeliner or shadow pencil on the inside corners of your eyes to look awake and refreshed. Dot on each corner and gently blend lightly with your fingers.

Step 3: Curl your lashes with a simple eye-lash curler and then apply two coats of mascara. Wiggle the wand back and forth for longer lashes. Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes! works really well for long, thick and curled lashes http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh…

Step 4: Apply a shimmery pearl or light pink from your lashes to your eyebrows.

Step 5: use a liquid eye liner http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Eye/Ey… right above your eye lashes. Or you can just use your sparkly black liner, but liquid is easier to apply.

Step 6: Find your skin tone below and use a product similar to the colors below. Brush on from above your lashes, to half way to your brow. All the shades are from MAC at Macy's. I have some of the colors and theyre deffinatly worth the money and last a long time. http://www.macys.com/catalog/syndicated/…

Fair Skin shade: Wintersky or Sweet Lust

Beige Skin shade: Patina or Bronze

Golden Skin shade: Sumptuous Olive or Greensmoke

Bronze or dark Skin shade: Plumage or Humid

Step 7 OPTIONAL: apply a loose glittery powder over the shadow to make your eyes pop! you can also use this on top of lip gloss. It's a 2 in 1 bonus! :) You may want to use Wet 'n' Wild MegaSparkle Loose Confettii in Lilac Frosting

    http://store.facevaluesonline.com/077802…

Step 8: Add a creamy coral blush to draw attention to your eyes.

Any makeup tips for green eyes?

My eyes are green; very, very green. i get a lot of compliments on how bright and strange my eye color is. but i was wondering: what kind of eye makeup should i use on my eyes? if anybody has any tips, then that would be greatly appreciated. thank you so much :)Any makeup tips for green eyes?
Black eyeliner, smoky brown/grey eyeshadow will compliment your dramatic eyes quite nicely and make you look more exotic and sexy. MAC sells this neutral olive eyeshadow called Sumptious Olive that looks great on people with hazel or green eyes.

Purple is on the other end of the color wheel, so it will also make your eyes pop. Again, black eyeliner is the way to go.

Green eyes are so amazingly gorgeous, lucky you!Any makeup tips for green eyes?
You can purchase Almay Play It Up eyeshadow pack for Green Eyes! The pack has three colors and directions on how to apply the colors to the eyes. I have the one for brown eyes and it makes my eyes look awesome. You can pretty much just buy it at the drugstore...around $5 or something.

    Good Luck.
golds would look cool, purples, pinks, almost all colors except for like hot pink or those like deathly bright colors. you could do a smokey eye,or take gold eyeshadow and put it on your lid, then take a dark brown color and put in your crease,or some just white eyeliner on your eyelid.
If you want them to look even more stunning, then use shades of purple and lilac on them,

purple is supposed to bring out the green in your eyes, and it works , so if your eyes are really green then it should look ace
use light shades of purple or copper or gold

Waht kind of makeup goes best with green eyes and freckles?

You should probably go to a make up counter in a department store. I have green eyes, I wear browns, toupe, grey and a pinkish color. I also wear very light green with the toupe, it looks nice, although, they say never wear the eye shadow as your eyes, But, I would consider the make up counterWaht kind of makeup goes best with green eyes and freckles?
maybe browns.... also greens or blues.... :) lilac might be really pretty too, light pink or purple.

i'd also try some yellow.. i hear it's the new color. mac has a cute one!Waht kind of makeup goes best with green eyes and freckles?
Browns with a little pink, and light green or lavender. lavender is best
Purple and plums looks good on green eyes. Golds and Corals are good too.

    Good Luck
sunkissed colors such as gold, green light pink. stay away from blues and purples though. if you wear powder get a sunkissed color as well. not too deep of a bronze though and refrain from liquid makeup. touch of powder, eyeshadow, lipgloss, eyeliner, and maybe mascara and ur set!
fall colors and make sure your powder has a yellow base to it
Forest green eyeliner and brown shadows. Tap a little gold shadow on the very middle of the lid.
it depends. it helps if i can see your face and then i can see if you are a summer or spring, coral...etc. but 4 the best answers ask a makeup artist at the mall or something.

im only a teenagerI have green eyes and want to look fresh and clean but still wear some makeup?
    I'm 16, and I have green eyes.

So, this is what I do...

First I apply a plumish-brown eyeshadow as eyeliner (it looks really cute). Not too much though,

Then, I put some mascara on.

Then, I highlight my eyebrows and the corner of my eyes with a light tan/goldish eyeshadow...

It really brings out the color.

  • I'm going to a semi-formal soon. I have blondish hair and I'm wearing a white & sage green dress. What makeup?

depends on what color eyes you have. brown or hazel you could go with a shimmery green or natural colors but green you could do like an eggplant type

Makeup for red/brown hair, blue/green eyes and fair skin?

I used to be a really pale blonde but I died my hair a browny red colour so now I need some makeup tips! My skin is REALLY fair, and I'm still in highschool so I need some fairly natural-looking ideas. Anything you can tell me would be great!Makeup for red/brown hair, blue/green eyes and fair skin?
I'm similarly coloured and have had very light hair to very dark hair. Naturally my hair is dark blond.

I'm also very good at makeup. You hit the jackpot!

The rule of thumb for makeup is to know your contrast colours. These are colours exactly opposite each other on the colour wheel:

    Blue - Orange

    Green - Red

    Purple - Yellow

Well, us blue/green-eyed gals aren't going to grab red and orange eye shadows, so you have to think in terms of eyeshadow shades. In eyeshadow, an orangey colour would translate into a bronze/gold. The best eye shadows are pale cream gold for the lid and bronze/brown for the crease. Go for medium bronze tones in shadow. You can apply lightly than build for drama. For eyeliner, stay away from black. It can look very harsh on pale skin and pale eyes. Brown/bronze work best!

Makeup for red/brown hair, blue/green eyes and fair skin?
oh i love those kinda colours! i'm dying my hair reddish-brown soon!

Use a brown eyeliner rather than black for your skin tone and eyes. Dont apply it too heavily, just a thin line as close to the eyelashes as you can get.

Then Apply a copperish or gold eyeshadow to your lids. If you like the smokey eye look, use a brown eye shadow and blend it into the eyeline and out at the edges.

You can wear brown or black mascara.

Also, a dusky rose pink applied to your cheeks will give you a really nice fresh look and bring out your eyes more.

A natural pink lipstick/gloss will look good too!

    :)
I'm pale and have freckles, and I have green/grey eyes and brownish red hair. I wear mostly brown/gold/bronze/pink hues for eyeshadow. Usually I leave my lips bare or just use a subtle pink or gloss. I dont wear blush very often and only a bit of mascara. I also pencil my eyebrows in brown. It tends to work well for me.

Many of the men I know say I'm beautiful. I think that having the makeup subtle and enhancing your own features is the way to go :S
go with browns and golds for eyeshadow and tawny cheeks if you do blush. No harsh eyeliner- brown.

    ';Going Green'; makeup?

what are some organic or natural or healthy for the environment brands of makeup that actually look good when applied?

also, is aveda a good brand?

    thanks:D';Going Green'; makeup?
A couple of words about natrual and organic when it comes to makeup, they are meaningless. A product can be 99% chemical and put 1% essential oil and call it natural. The cosmetics industry is unregulated, and they aren't required to list ingredients on their lables.

I don't have the time and energy to research all the brands so I do a couple things, I rely on the advice of 2 authors who have the resources to do the work for me. I have he books Easy Green Living by Renee Loux and Gorgeously Green by Sophie Uliano, both books have a list of great products. I also use the website I listed in source. The data base lists 1000's of beauty products rates it's safety and tells you what is in it. I personally strive to find products that are rated at 3 or better.

Aveda is a good brand, but not all of their products are considered safe. There are a few items that are in the high hazard range.

    ';Going Green'; makeup?
If you must wear makeup, then kudos to you for trying to seek out a good brand. But the most organic goop for your face is none at all. Try cutting back a little at a time - tinted moisturizer instead of foundation, chapstick. Using less is healthy for you, and consuming fewer resources is good for the planet, too.

Makeup: How to make green eyes super noticable?

My eyes are very green but I don't know how to make them more noticable. What color eyeshadow or how i should wear it. Have any ideas?

me: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2rdxg1g%26amp;s=3Makeup: How to make green eyes super noticable?
Purple is amazing with green eyes. The contrast is remarkably pretty!Makeup: How to make green eyes super noticable?
Green eyes really pop when you use purple eyeshadows because purple is a contrasting color to green. Natural colors also look good with green eyes, and gold looks good with any eye color. You could also try a purple eyeliner. You could use a neutral eyeshadow and purple eyeliner and your eyes will look very green. I have green eyes too, and I do that all the time. Black eyeliner works well too, but sometimes I put on a purple liquid liner, and it looks really nice. Hope this is helpful!
Browns are the way to go with a fine black eyeliner to make those gorgeous green eyes pop! Brown is the complimentary to green (as in so many of the beautiful trees around!) Because the eye area is the most delicate area of the face %26amp; also the first to show aging, take great care when applying cosmetics in these areas. Use excellent tools (think of your skin as a rubber band if you tug on it over %26amp; over (ie crappy brushes used for daily eyeshadow application) eventually it will lose elasticity %26amp; show aging. So use a great eyeshadow brush to apply beautiful mochas, taupes, a vast variety of browns out there! For daytime apply one color all over your lid, you can use a lighter color right below your brow for accent. Next use an angle brush to apply a contrast color in the crease of your eye for extra depth, you can also add a copper or gold dot for accent right above the center of your iris. Follow with eye liner to complete an evening look. Be sure to pay attention to what you are putting on your eyes %26amp; face, many cosmetics are actually damaging to your skin. This is one area you do not want to skimp on! At the Body Shop at Home we carry an incredible black eyeliner, it goes on like a liquid but has control like a fine sharpie marker, you would love it! Perfect for everybody who wants control while creating a dramatic look for their eyes. For an intense evening look apply liner to lower lid also. The latest hollywood trend is to apply black liquid eye liner at the edge of the upper lid, then add a fine line of eye shimmer to the liner while wet. This really frames your eyes incredibly %26amp; creates a fabulous look for your face!
wow great eyes for sure ;)..\just try bold colors in eye shadows and eye liner for sure !

also use blue mascara instead of black because it will make your eyes stand out like you want them to !

also dont use green or the same color as your eyes because the colors will ';mix'; and your eyes wont be as great as now..and i dont think this is sth you want!:P

    ;D
I would try brown eye shadow. To make them stand out then you need to go with a strong contrasting color that is not too bold and crazy but that draws attention to your eye color.

You could go to a make up counter at a department store and tell them what you are after. They will do up your eyes. It doesn't cost anything unless you buy something.
Create a smoky eye by putting on black eyeliner on your top and bottom lid darkly but very thinly. the key is to blend, blend, blend! Also, you may want to wear a nude lip or something very light on your lips to make all the focus on you gorgeous green eyes! hope this helps!
use black eyeliner on top and the bottom of your eyes, not on the lid though.. and also use a shimmery eye powder with the blackest black mascara i have green eyes and i tried it once and it really works well..really elegant for a nite out or a casual day
Green eyes look beautiful with any eyeshadow.. Try purple! this will be a great contrast... Most likely going with a green eyeshadow, and black eyeliner will pop out those beauties!! lol.. but yes Almay does have the specific line for colored eyes.. I use their liquid eyeliner and I love it!

Pink toned eyeshadows can bring out hazel eyes, and green eyes look good with purple colors. Those colors you have to use in moderation or you risk looking like a 5th grader who discovered her mom's make up drawer, but as a highlighter or just above your lashline they work well.
    try anything peachy or pinky
Wow. You're already blessed, but to enhance your features, you can use makeup. Use some gold cream eyeshadow on your eyes and maybe some brown pencil eyeliner, and smudge it for a soft look. Swipe on some mascara (Bourjois, Yes to Volume No to Clumps, is about $14. Link: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a> ) and a bit of bronzer or blush and maybe some clear lip gloss, and you're set.

I'd say gray or black liner, maroon/pink eyeshadow or: shimmery gray eyeshadow. Gray tends to bring out greens/blues. For dates or parties, black liner will make them pop! Hope I've helped.
Tishi, the problem w/a lot of product lines is they have no pigmentation - which won't allow it to show up well (or at all) on certain skin tones. I had this problem for many years until I finally came upon aularale.com/7002. I think you will find your answer(s) there too.
Its the opposite colours that will make your eyes stand out more.

Gold eye shadow, purple, smokey black, light brown.
    Try purples, golds, and browns
    purple
If your eyes are hazel green, you should feel fortunate. Most people rely on contacts to bring out there eyes. Anyway, the best way to bring them out is to first define the shape of your eyes by lining them with a brown or charcoal pencil, remember to slightly smudge the pencil to create a more natural look, then apply your shading elements to frame the eyes (highlights on the lids and brow bone), then apply a light brown to the crease area to create a contrast against the hightlight color, then select any of the following colors, teal, blue, violet any color with cool under tones would be best for you. Apply the color over the shading elements like a wash of color, this method will enhance your eyes and leave your admires speechless. ps take your time when applying it for the first time. Speed will come once you get better aquainted with the technique.
wow! we have the same complexion and eye color! haha thats cool. i use ';eye intesity makeup'; i think its by meybelline, ut i'm not sure, they have eye make up especially for blue, brown, hazel, and green eyes that will intesify the look and make them pop. give it a shot, if you like the eye shadow you can by the corresponding eyeliner and mascara.

you can always start with neutrals, like beige, light brown, or taupe. also, if you have gree/blue eyes, choose a color that complements your eye color, such as a warm purple (nothing too intense). also, you can never go wrong with a light, shimmery color underneath natural eyeliner.

if you are beginning with makeup, try reading Getting Gorgeous (by the Instyle people, amazng book) and often times, Seventeen magazine has great makeup tips for your specific coloring.

you can also visit a makeup counter in departement stores and ask the sales people questions, they are often eager to help you. you should probably buy something if they use it on you though, out of courtesy.

    hope this helps!
I would suggest gold eye cream smudged all over your eyelid right up to your brow bone. Then a dark brown loose power eyesadow and using your finger, wipe a line of that on just the bottom of your lids. Then add brown liquid eyliner just above your lashes. Its essential that you choose shades that are different to your eye colour; golds and browns for blue eyes, green and silver for brown eyes etc.

Use a simple shade of lip BALM, gloss is too shiny and sticky and will attract attention away from your eyes, and it would make you look to 'try hard'.

Use a pressed powder on your T zone (forehead, nose and chin) if you have oily/combination skin and if you have dry skin, use a tinted moisturiser to make you look A-mazing!

    Best of luck

The problem girls have with make-up is trying to match it with their outfit...theres nothing more chessy and trailer park looking then doing that...

And have you got any tips for making my pale face a bit less unhealthy looking, but not doll-like? My skin has more yellowish pigment than pink, so pink blusher always looks a bit odd - but I don't want to go super bronze either

Thank you in advance [=Makeup Tips for pale complexion, light blonde hair and green eyes?
You sound like my twin lol. The best color for eyeshadow would be a light, golden bronze color. It wil make the gold flecks that most green-eyed people have pop. And, also like me, you probably have pale skin with golden undertones. When you buy foundation, don't get the kind that is in the porcelain range (i.e. there is the porcelain shade, then within that the actual foundation colors are cream, porcelain, alabaster etc...). Instead, buy a foundation in the lightest shade for beige skin tones. If you get your make up at a drugstore and you've seen those things that help you find your shade, you should know what I'm talking about. And instead of pink blush, try corals and peaches. They should make your skin look healthier. If you apply a light peach blush under your foundation, it will give you a healthy, more natural looking glow. Hope I helped. =]Makeup Tips for pale complexion, light blonde hair and green eyes?
Pretty eyes! These are best set off with a gunmetal grey shadow for the evening and a light shimmery pale shade for the day. Sweep on the shadow all over your lids with a square cut eyeshadow brush. Line your eyes right above the lash line with a pencil for the most natural thick-lashed look. Use a brown pencil for day and a black pencil for night. Curl your lashes and put on some mascara. It's best to use clear or brown mascara for the day, and black mascara for a dramatic evening look. For a really face-brightening look, I suggest using a berry colored palette for your eyes. Avoid lining your bottom lashes because it tends to subdue the color in your eyes.

Since your complexion is a little more yellow than red, I would say that you have a sallow complexion. It's not bad really, just a little more tricky to work with. I suggest using a peachy pink blush instead of a straight out pink one. The orange pigment in the blush will complement the yellow in your skin. Berry shades of blush work as well because they brighten up your face.

Lipstick should match your blush, so if you go with the peachy pink blush your lipstick should be the same color. Ditto with the berry shades. Whatever you choose, these shades should help with your skin tone.

    Good luck!
ok, for your face, I think you should go for a peach blush. Peach blush ALWAYS looks good on blondes. To bring out your green eyes, i would say to wear a light purple eyeshadow. It definetly stands out. Also, if you wear black mascara, it could look a little too much, so i suggest going for a brown colored mascara. if u wanna wear black, just dont put on too much. I read and have ALOT of magazines, such as BAZAAR (they have the best tips, have models on every page w/ makeup and stuff. you can get alot of ideas from them) also, i have seventeen and cosmogirl, those are also good, but not as good as Bazaar.

W/e you put on, im sure it will look good on you. Everyone agrees w/ me when i say that Blondes look good in any makeup as long as your not going over board!:)
I have the same qualities! I use brown shadows to bring out my eye colors. You do want to stick with a foundation with a yellow pigment for some warmth. Try a peach blush. I would try a brown eyeliner too! Go to a cosmetic counter at the mall and have them help you out, don't buy. Get tips!

Your eyes are the exact same color as mine (green with little bits of gold)-

-If you want to make your eyes appear bigger and greener, use purple eyeshadows (lilac, violets, dark purples etc), this will really help for that effect. Using olive green colors really help to.

    - To bring the gold out in your eyes, use rich gold colors and browns.

Green eyed girls have it made. We can pull off most eyeshadows. As far as eyeliner, I would definately use it. Nothing to think though unless you are looking for something a little more dramatic.

lucky you!! I love green eyes, they're so rare!

Well, green eyes go perfect with brown eyeshadows, especially chocolate brown. Dark and deep purple looks just amazing with green eyes, and so does copper and gold.

You can actually use green eyeshadow as well. Try it with some gold or coppar highlights!

I think green eyes over all go better with warm tones than cold, like for example they look very nice in gold, and less successful in silver.

Avoid colors such as pink and light blue.

MAC has such a variety of colors in their eyeshadow collection.

It's great quality, doesn't give you those lines on the eyelid that I find the cheaper eye shadows do. They're quite pricey, but definately hold their promise, and you don't have to correct your makeup every second hour.

Remember because you already have natural dark green eyes, you do not need another strong color competing that would look awkward. Eyeshadow is meant to accent what you already have naturally, so use the rule of thumb '; hint of tint';. If you go with the darker browns, brush lighter. Brush from the tear duct outward. Each brush stroke adds to the previous. Just do not over do it.

You eyes will burst out if you apply it correctly. Forget the eyeliner. If I had your color eyes, I would not use eyeliner. I hope this helps you.

P.S. these guys ship all orders for free.
Use MAC eye shadow in Espresso. Line the top with liquid eye liner and put stick eye liner on the outer two thirds of the bottom line. Put loads and loads of black mascara on.

a nice green color or even a gold.Eye makeup for a brown person in a green dress?
Have an upswept hairdo, but don't make it look ';made up';. A messy updo would probably look great on you.

For your eyes, go with a dark gray and use a black eyeliner and also go a little under the eyes with the shadow. Google ';how to do a smokey eye'; and maybe you can find a YouTube video or something, but I think a smokey eye would look good for you. Use a pearl/off-white shimmer eyeshadow for under your brow and use a matte for your lids.

Play down your lips and use a coral shade gloss or use the same shade lipstick and use a nude gloss to go over that, but don't go too dark. If you are playing up your eyes, you want to play down your lips. Have fun at your formal!
line ur top and lower lashlines with green eyeshadow (you don't want to overpower it with covering ur entire lid) no blush, go for a very neutral full face if u go with the eyeshadow.

    Another style-

Again u could go will a neutral full face, black mascara and eyeliner, and a bright pink lip color, (also if u have really big eyes naturally, don't wear eyeliner, it looks better without but if u need it go ahead.)
Eye makeup has NOTHING to do with skin tone, it has more to do with eyecolor then skin tone.

Brown eyes go with any color.

DONT MATCH EYE MAKEUP COLOR TO YOUR DRESS...BUT MATCH EYE MAKEUP STYLE TO YOUR DRESS.

Use a green base (up to crease) shadow and brown eyeliner. Try a brown shade shadow on the v shape upper corner of the eyes.

I have black and light brown hair, very pale skin, and green eyes, What are complimentary makeup shades?

    Eye Shadow:

You'll look best in pale pink, light to medium pinkish-brown and medium purple shades of eye shadow. Choose one shade only to use at a time and apply it all over eyes, from lash-line to brows.

    Mascara:

Apply one coat of clear or black mascara.

    Lip Color:

Your best lip look is clear gloss or a very sheer, pale gloss in a baby pink or peachey shade.

    Special Occasions:

A glittery pink eye shadow all over lids combined with one to two coats of black mascara will look gorgeous for special evenings. Keep lips sheer and light with glittery clear or beige gloss.I have black and light brown hair, very pale skin, and green eyes, What are complimentary makeup shades?
Try thoes kits for all your eye colors thats what i useI have black and light brown hair, very pale skin, and green eyes, What are complimentary makeup shades?
Beautiful-sounding colouring! When you say pale skin I'm going to assume it's got warm/neutral undertones rather than cool.

    However, knowing the undertone of your skin makes all the difference in the world! For instance, if you have red lipstick that's more of a coral shade, it will look WAY different than a red one that's more berry-ish. One will look great, one will look either ';okay'; or ';eek!';

So all I can say is pick a neutral blush which will warm things up with your pale skin and black hair, steer clear from too much dark bronzer/foundation/etc (always looks bad on naturally-pale skin), and choose a neutral brown eye shadow/liner scheme.

And you can never go wrong with a black mascara.

Personally...I'd go for a great red lipstick, depending on your tone. Play around. I get Wet 'n' Wild's very cheap lipsticks and eyeshadows to see what colours will look good on me. If they don't look good, give them to a friend with the oppostive skin tone.
    Me, too!!

Golds bring out green. So do purples. But I've found creative ways to use even (gasp!) green.

To play around, check out the Virtual Makeover at marykay.com
if ur light color ur ok with any color makeup usually light skin people can wear any color bacause it lokks nice am light skin color and i wear any makeup as long as i like it

n it matches with what am wearing
dark hair and green eyes Hhhmmm. I think earth toned shades with the layered looks. A highlighter blending the color from eyelash line to brow line, on the lid add a neutral light brown shade, then add contouring in the crease (work from the corner in) with a darker shade and add the highlighter color under the brown, not to wide, use a sage colored eye liner on the top lid, do not use liquid liner. A brown/black mascara. add a little of the mascara to the brow to even out the overall color of your brown/black hair and eyelashes. It grooms them nicely and keeps them in place.
Shades of green and gold mild
you just like me I noticed if I use brown eyeliner they make my eyes come out more. white eyeshadow with brown looks cute gold goes well with our skin go with earthy colors they always look good on out skin tone and hair color.

Lips I usally put on light pink or a red it looks good everyone will tell you that you have nice lips
For your eyes get green, gold eyeshadow it will compliment your eye color. Foundation, something with bronze tomes would be nice since you have dark hair
Broze eyeshadow would look good with black eyeliner.
A rusty shade with shimmer would be gorgeous.

Clinique is a good brand to go with, so is too faced... depending on if you wnat something light or something out there..What makeup colors work best with reddish-brown hair, brown eyes (with green flecks), and fair skin?
I have similar coloring but with green eyes and I love red eyeshadow. I also wear purples and pinks a lot. What makeup colors work best with reddish-brown hair, brown eyes (with green flecks), and fair skin?
I think that coloring would look good with warm toned makeup.
well for a natural look then i would say a peachy kind of color. for something fun go with a pastel purple, it would really make the green in your eyes stand out and then add some color to your mono-toned complexion and hair.
well if you are very light skinned use natural ivory foundation, greens, browns(tan), balck mascara and do not wear blush if you want the more natural look. Any cosmetic line should have these colours oh yeah and use white eyeliner it make your eyes look bigger if it is on the bottom of the eye
black mascara, light red lipgloss, brown, beige or green eyeshadow, ivory foundation
Gold toned eyeshadow makes the green stand out.
I have brown hair and light brown eyes and i find that purples and pink eyeshadows look best, and i recently started using green eyeshadows and found that they also look good. :)
You should apply a very light amount of eyeshadow that matches the green flecks in your eyes which will bring them out. Then if you are over 13 apply a bit of a brown eyeliner to your eyelid and if you are going somewhere special alos apply a bit of brown mascara for a more sophisticated look. Use a rose colored blush to just accent your cheek bones. Finally apply a lipstick that is just 2-3 shades darker than your lips for a special occasion. Definately NEVER use red lipstick if you are fairskinned it makes you look cheap and it stands out ALOT!!!!!!!!!! (trust me my first profession was cosmetology) If it is just for every day wear either a pink or clear lipgloss. I don't reccomend a founation or concealer unless you have an uneven skintone or you have any blemishes.
You could have wear a green shirt (The same color as you have in your eyes) with jeans. Pink-ish blush, black mascara, green/brown eyeshadow, and red lipstick.

I am no make-up artist but this is the best I can do.:P
All shades, lavender, lilac, mauve, plum... It brings out the gold mostly. Some good ones are:

MAC Mauvism -- Soft mauve with metallic violet shimmer

MAC Quarry -- Soft muted plum brown, dark eggplant

Greens also look very good with my hazel eyes.

MAC Fiction -- Muted green with shimmer

Blue also can look very nice.

MAC Fade -- Soft bright blue with subtle shimmer

MAC Contrast -- Intense purplish blue flecked with blue shimmer

Pinks and reddish colours can look great to bring out the green

MAC Yogurt -- Soft pale pink

MAC Sketch -- Intense burgundy plum flecked with red shimmer

Nars New York -- Not a red colour exactly but looks red on me. A bit browner and more plum than Sketch. Matte.

Browns, grays, and their variations are always good. Practically all shades.

Stila Bohemian Cafe -- the light colour is a greyish light light shimmery taupe-y colour; the medium one is a mauvy medium shimmery brown; the last one is a dark mauvy shimmery brown.

MAC Mystery -- Muted plummish brown

    MAC Malt -- Soft pinkish-beige

MAC Patina -- Muted taupe brown with golden shimmer

MAC Club -- Muted reddish brown duochrome with green opalescent shimmer

Nars Notorious -- medium gray. Just gray.

MAC Haux -- Soft muted rosy brown
I say green or purple for spring colors and warm earth tones for every day
if your skin is fair you should use cool colors like pastels, shy away from most browns they tend to pull red witch can bleach your complexion
Try dark browns or red/browns for eyeshadow base and a shade just darker than your skin for the secondary eyeshadow. Use a light brown or a light brown with orange tints for your lips.
That sounds exactly like me! I really like gold tones for the eyes, peach for the cheeks, and peachy stuff for lip gloss... just stay natural, whatever you do.

Try them both. One on each eye and see what one you like better. Sometimes you can mix those colors up and use them both. That's what those kits are made for really.
Green, with the light purple on the brow.

How do I put eye-makeup on AND what colours should I use so that my hazel-green eyes look good?

I am a makeup artist and here are some tips and steps to follow:

Dont forget the brushes, that is the main thing i use, and its helpful

    How to Apply Eye Shadow

Sweep a touch of shadow over your lids to accent eyes. You can define them, add drama, and make them stand out in a few quick steps.

    Application on Entire Lid

    Steps:

    1. Prime the eyelids by dusting them with a small amount of loose powder.

    2. Select a light base shadow. Using a shadow brush, sweep it across your entire lid, from brow to lash line.

    3. Use a medium-toned shade to cover your lower lids.

    4. Contour the crease of your eyelid with a dark shade, using a smaller eye shadow brush. This color can also work as an eyeliner (see the next section for instructions).

    5. Blend shadow by stroking the lid gently with an eye shadow brush. Don't use your finger'you could wipe off the shadow entirely.

    6. Use a cosmetic puff and a little pressed powder to tone down heavy shadow. Shake any excess powder off the puff, then press it gently on your lid.

Eye Shadow to Line the Eyes

    Steps:

    1. Choose a medium or dark shadow color to line your eyes.

    2. Use a small, flat, angled brush for the application.

    3. Stroke the brush over the eye shadow.

    4. Start at the inside edge of your upper lid. Angle the brush so that the longest tip follows the shorter end as the brush moves across your lash line. Bring the brush to the outer corner of the eye.

    5. Create a more dramatic line by wetting the brush before stroking it through the shadow. Mist a small amount of water onto the brush, or dab it into a few drops of water and proceed with the line. The shadow may feel wet as you draw your line, but it will dry quickly.

    Overall Warnings:

Don't share eye makeup or tools'you can unknowingly transfer eye infections such as pinkeye (conjunctivitis).

If you get shadow in your eyes, flush them gently with tepid water.

Bring out your hazel eyes with expertly coordinated shadows, soft pencil liner and lengthening mascara.

Hazel shades enhance your eye color鈥攑inks and blacks make it pop for a stunning, intensified hazel!

Toffee shades enhance your eye color鈥?Blush and blacks make it pop for your boldest hazel yet!

Bring out your green eyes with a soft pencil liner and lengthening mascara.

Green shades enhance your eye color鈥攑lums make it pop for a beautiful, intensified green!

Jade shades enhance your eye color鈥攙iolets make it pop for your boldest green yet

    Eyeliner

Eyeliner shapes and defines your eyes. Choose the color that is right for your eye color. If you have light colored eyes, choose a brown, navy or charcoal. Brown and plum work well for brown eyes. The liner should also be a complement to your eye shadow color.

Shape and define your eyes with eyeliner after you've applied eye shadow and before applying mascara. Whether you choose a soft line or a dramatic stroke, eyeliner draws attention.

    Steps:

    1. Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Brown, navy and charcoal accent light eyes well, while brown and plum shades flatter brown eyes. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.

    2. Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.

    3. Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water to your brush. Or, if you're using a pencil eyeliner, ensure that you've sharpened the pencil adequately.

    4. Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.

    5. Tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.

    6. Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.

    7. If you used a brush or a pencil, soften the look by gently smudging the line with your brush, a cotton swab or your finger.

    8. Line the lower lids. Moving from the outside edge inward, draw a line on the outer two-thirds of the lid or more, depending on the look you're going for. Your line should be slightly thicker at the outside corner, becoming thinner as it moves in toward your nose. Using your brush or pencil, lightly stroke the area. If using a liquid liner, apply it in one smooth stroke. Apply less color so your eyes don't appear raccoonlike.

    Tips:

You may find eyeliner, particularly the liquid version, difficult and messy the first few times. Practice and have patience.

Wash brushes regularly with makeup remover or a mild gel shampoo.

    Mascara

Mascara is an effective way to make your eyes look larger and emphasize your lashes. When it comes to buying mascara there are brands that lengthen, darken, thicken, and add volume to your lashes. Mascara comes in regular and waterproof.

    Steps:

    1. Consider the types of mascara and select one appropriate for your lashes and the occasion. You have a choice of lengthening, thickening, long-wearing, conditioning and waterproof formulas, among others. For day, you might decide to add length, while a night on the town may require a long-wearing or thickening formula.

    2. Select a color. If you have blond or red lashes, opt for brown mascara. Darker-lashed women can consider brown for a casual look, and black or brown-black for more pronounced or dramatic lashes.

    3. Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler, if desired, and apply all other eye makeup prior to your mascara.

    4. Remove the wand from the tube in one pull. Pumping the mascara will push air into the tube, potentially drying out the formula and introducing bacteria into it.

    5. Begin with the underside of your upper lashes, moving the brush slowly upward toward the tips of your lashes. Always hold the wand parallel to your eyelid. Roll the brush slowly on the upward stroke to promote separation of the lashes.

    6. Allow the first coat of mascara to dry before applying the second coat in the same manner.

    7. Use an eyelash comb to separate the wet lashes. Also blot the lashes with tissue paper if necessary to remove excess mascara.

    8. Use less mascara for the lower lashes. Begin where the lashes meet the rim of the lower eyelid, and gently stroke downward.

    9. Remove any stray mascara around the eye with a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of eye makeup remover.

    Tips:

Contact lens wearers should stick to waterproof mascara formulas, as they break down more slowly, minimizing the chance of any flakes getting into the eyes.

Always remove eye makeup thoroughly before going to bed. This will keep lashes healthier and prevent any mascara from getting into your eyes during the night.

Apply mascara after eye shadow and eyeliner.

Hope that helped, you see I love my job.How do I put eye-makeup on AND what colours should I use so that my hazel-green eyes look good?
i dont no wat u look like but use nature colors so ur eyes can pop out more......go to walmart or somethin and get da kit and practicewith diffrent colorsHow do I put eye-makeup on AND what colours should I use so that my hazel-green eyes look good?
    two words: green mascara :)
A good make up artist is only as good as the brushes they use and the canvas they work upon!! so invest in some good brushes and skin creams.

Before applying any make up, ensure you have a clean and moisturised face.

Apply a thin base coat of foundation only in the areas that need it, like your t-zone and cheeks and pat it in to the skin rather than pulling it across the face.

Next, move on to a light dusting of powder applied with a soft wide brush and remember to blend, blend, blend!!!

You can now apply a blusher. I find powder blushes work the best and just apply on the apples of your cheeks (the biggest parts). this gives you a cheeky and healthy look rather than a streaky line. Again use a wide and soft brush to apply.

Don't forget......... you are enhancing what nature gave you, not colouring it in!!

As for eye make up, keep it simple! I would opt for a skin toned base coat which can be swept all across the top lid upto the brow bone, and then use a light grey on the outer corners of your top lid. Use a good blending brush and blend the colour into your eye socket. The best way to do this is to look straight at a mirror and keep your eyes open, you will be able to see where you need to go.

Apply a grey or black eyeliner to the outer edges only of your lower lid following your lash line. Blend this in towards the nose using a soft brush to take off the harsh line. (never put eyeliner on the inside of the lid, this makes your eyes look small and the colour will bleed throughout the day leaving a gloopy mess)

Now curl your lashes and apply a single coat of mascara. If you look down into a mirror while you do this, it won't spill onto your top lid and you can keep your eyes open as you do it.

Now using just the tip of the mascara brush, just define the bottom lashes carefully and there you go!!

Don't apply too much mascara as this gives you Spider eyes and is very unattractive.

Good luck and stay beautiful x
    Try light blue.
you should visit a MAC counter, they are all so very friendly they'll help you with anything you need. it'll be fantastic. black makes it pop

Best eye makeup colors to use on green eyes...?

I have green eyes, and i was just wondering what shades of eyeshadow really help draw attention to them?

I've heard colors like purple enhance green eyes, but i feel like purple is a little too dramatic?

I usually just wear natural eyeshadow colors like browns.Best eye makeup colors to use on green eyes...?
Try a deep gold or bronze colorBest eye makeup colors to use on green eyes...?
Purples yes, they aren't always dramatic you have to know how to use them

golds and browns and bronzes too

    green on green doesn't work
They say light purple eyeshadow is a great color for green eyes to stand out.

I usually use a cream eyeshadow%26amp;%26amp;then put some glitter on top of it.

    Hope that helped.
browns are the best. purple is good as long as you have more than just one shade and can blend well... i have purple in 3 different shades along with a cream color and i put the middle color on below the brow and the next darker color on the lid and the darkest very lightly in the corner.. the cream color goes along the bottome of the eyebrow to make it pop along with the lash line on the lid.
Slightly sparkly silver eyeshadow. my friend has green eyes and it looks really nice on her.
try gold or bronze. they look fantastic on the corners of your eyes!
My mum has green eyes and brown eyeliner goes with her green eyes and these eyeshadow colours look nice so does purple, green, brown and orangey bronze!

I have brown hair, green eyes, and peach skin. How should I do makeup?

I want to waer black eyeliner but idk if it looks right. So what should i do?

Sometimes I straighten my hair and sometimes its curly . Could you please give me choices for both. I DONT WANT BOLD. I JUST WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE I BARELY PUT ON ANYTHING BUT I STILL LOOK GOOD.I have brown hair, green eyes, and peach skin. How should I do makeup?
Earthy neutral, like tan, beige/white, greens will look pretty, and so will pink to highlight your eyes, but not vibrant, use really soft pinks. Also, if you know HOW to apply blue so you don't look cheap, then that's nice too. For eyeliner: Take a brown/black. Look up, and start towards the outside corner of your eye on the bottom, then bring it all the way to the little dent. It shouldn't pass your eyelashes. Don't do the top unless you need to. Curl your eyelashes, then use a light mascara. BONUS: take white eyeliner and line the inside corners of your eyes, then smear t in with white eyshadow on your finger, so it isn't bright. It'll pop your eyes. :)I have brown hair, green eyes, and peach skin. How should I do makeup?
Brown or green shadow, black brown eyeliner and mascara, and barely there peachy or peachy brown lipstick.
make sure your make up is light
go with earthy tones or neutral shades, but a lil trick I found out through reading magazines is to make one thing stand out but not all 3 like wear really shiny gloss but don't overdo your eyes or cheeks you might even want to just use a bronzer on your cheeks instead of blush...
i have very similar features to you and i wear a black liner ,, but not like heavy and a brown shadow and a darker brown shadow to define on the lids and a black mascara .. and it looks natural
you sound really pretty.smear on some light brown peach concealer to make you're face smoth and soft all over you're face.i would say to curl you're hair and cut you're hair in a chrstina aguilera style and for the eyes a soft silver and white.maybe some light pink/peach lip gloss and a cute outfit.try out my idea even though you may not like it and see what you're fam thinks.
try putting on a brown eye shawdow then using eyeliner in black so it doesn't look so stark... or you might try using a brownblack eyeliner and make sure your line is thin... not wide. Also wear a pale lip color and stay away from bright red as it will clash and be very bright... also on your eyeliner color match the mascara to the eyeliner try a blush with just a hint of brown in it or peach as your complexion is.
no, not black eyeliner. use brown eyeliner. use neutral colors, like some light tan eyeshadow with a little swipe of yellow on the outsides to make your green eyes pop. a little bit of natural-coloured lip gloss will go perfectly.
Plum, bronze and chocolate compliment your eyes. On lips try mid-tones with an orange rather than pink base.

    Hope that helps.
    brown or blue!
wear nude make up which is little and not showing but makes ur skin glow. wear dark brown liner not black.sopft shadows like pastel colours, and dark brown mascara. some shimmer near the lash lines to give sparkle to ur eyes. this will look nice and natural

What makeup works with someone who has black/brown hair, pale skin, and green eyes?

go with a gold eye shadow, brings out the green in your eyes and of course eye liner and mascara, but don't go overboard with a lot of eyeliner. What makeup works with someone who has black/brown hair, pale skin, and green eyes?
All the ';women'; (cough!) who posted here have no taste! (erm, looks-taste!)

    Here's a suggestion from a *guy* )))

You should wear light-pink blush, to accentuate your fair skin and give a plush, rosy look. Add some black mascara (but don't overdo it, Ronald McDonald!!!) to illuminate your green eyes, and some red lipstick or lipgloss would do nicely )

Ooh, and diamond earrings!!!What makeup works with someone who has black/brown hair, pale skin, and green eyes?
a light green eye shadow and some black eye liner and black mascarea it complments your eyes and skin color
purples will make your green eyes pop =]

i wish i had green eyes. or blue ones. but no. i have dark brown. haha.
for eyeshadow you should buy the opposite shade of what your eye color is on the color chart

Best makeup for playing out green eyes?

Hey guys, just wondering what makeup color would bring out green eyes. I know purple is a major one but i hate that color (lol). Any other colors? What is the best quality makeup or best makeup store? I heard M.A.C. was a good store but i'm not sure. Thanks so much.Best makeup for playing out green eyes?
I hate purple too, but I have found it to work the best. ALWAYS get compliments when I wear it.Best makeup for playing out green eyes?
green looks really good with green eyes
I have green eyes and use 3 diffrent shades of green eyeshadow and a green eyeliner from boujour
i know you already said you know purple..so purples/taupes. try wet n wild mojave mauves trios. suprisingly wet and wild eye shadows are good quality now, i wear both high end and drugstore eyeshadows. mac is good, but if you want to experiement try something cheaper first.

    golds/bronzes also look nice.

even a gold/pink eyeshadow (theres one from mac called expensive pink)

also silvers look nice, charcoals.. good luck ;-)
for the record, MAC is the best. period.

    Good Luck!
if you don't like purple then probably like a silver. that would be cool. i saw it on some show.
Apply shades of pink, salmon, mauve, brownish-pink. Green eyes look great with brown eye shadow for a more neutral look or a purple eye shadow to give your eye color some depth.
natural browns and beige colours... neutrals and pastels really. they bring out the lovely autumn type colours in your eyes (i think you call it 'fall' in america lol) it would look really pretty. plus some dark brown eyeliner and black mascara. hope this helps xx
I have green eyes (but i luv purple)

ok other colors would be earth shades, they look good on anybody.

    also, greyish blues are nice.

    makeup is good at nordstroms

    and jc penny

PURPLE LOOK VERY GOOD ON ANYONE WITH GREEN EYES! TRY IT!
i think green eyeshadow will pop out your eyes
I have hazel eyes, but they change colors so they turn out looking green alot of the time. A black mascara really makes them pop out and a golden eyeshadow will make them sparkle. I usually use revlon or maybelline. I think those are some really good brands, especially for mascara.
OMG!! I HAVE GREEN EYES DEFINETLY PURPLE EYESHADOW AND BLUE MASCARA, i wear em together sometimes but blue mascara alone looks really good!!!
maybeline has this new thing out for each eye color you can get it at walmart for like 5 dollars and it really looks amazing i got it for green because... well i have green eyes
A light gray charcol from Estee Lauter is what I use and it looks great.
A wonderful way to bring out those stunning green eyes is with eyeshadow. You'll find that warm colors like deep purples, plums, mauves, lilacs, golds, bronzes, deep greens, coppers, browns, medium pinks, peaches, and apricots are all excellent choices for green eyes.

You should avoid cool colors like blues, silvers, whites and pastels since they can give you a washed-out look.

Another thing you might want to consider when choosing the right makeup for your green eyes is the color of your eyeliner. Black eyeliner tends to be harsh and it's probably best to avoid it. Try browns instead, and for special occasions, golds or bronzes.
Like Green eyeshadow, light purple, orange, pink, sparkly orange
  • skin spots
  • I have chestnut brown hair, fair skin, and green eyes. How should I do my makeup?

Lucky you! Pinks, light plums, warm browns, and soft greens look fantastic on girls with your coloring.

I'd go with minimal foundation/powder and focus on eyes and lips. A soft brown or plum liner on the upper lash line, a sweep of black or black-brown mascara, and a light khaki eyeshadow will make green eyes sparkle. Then go with a sheer pink/plum lipgloss and you're done. If you don't have a natural blush to your skin, a very *light* dusting of pink blush on the apples of your cheeks will brighten your face.I have chestnut brown hair, fair skin, and green eyes. How should I do my makeup?
If you have brown hair, wear black mascara for sure. Brown mascara is for blondes mostly. The best mascara is Lash Stylist by Maybeline (works wonders and is cheap) I would wear a shimmery brown eyeshadow. This will actually make your eyes look greener. Green eyeshadow will actually look too made up and will wash out your eye color. For your lips I would choose a lip color that is just a shade or two darker than your lips. A creamy lipstick is good. I like Clinique's Tendeheart (looks great on just about anyone) This is a good solid look for you without looking too made up.

When you want a more dramatic look I would wear a darker lipstick and gray, yes, gray eyeliner. This would go great with your eyes.I have chestnut brown hair, fair skin, and green eyes. How should I do my makeup?
    Try green, purple,deep golden brown

eye shadows. with a very light pink

    almost nude lip
try purple shades on lipstick(all purple lip stick shades) and gloss(the dark purple and the dark purple goes to red) and use a darker purple colors for eyeshadows and kohl (dont forget the yellow eyeshadows for eyes) icy pink is good for skin , lips and eyes i wish i can help you. try some greens on eyes. somtimes gold on skin and eyes.
Conceler, Lavender eyeshadow on lids (soft, not bright), Plum eyshadow on the crease, don't forget under-the-eyebrow highlighter! Raisin Eyeliner, Bronzer or Dusty Pink Blush, Black Mascara, and some lovely shade of lipstick that suits whatever occasion you choose.

Don't be scared of the lavender. I have the same features as you do and this is my ';never-fail'; look. Remember, bright colors are fun, but soft, non-glittery makeup is lovely and will make you look very pretty.
don't wear any. makeup is only for people who are ugly or insecure enough to need it.
It would look awesome if you did a green shadow and brown mascara. And if you look good in eyeliner, then brown eyeliner. Then you should have a nice tan cheek and a pale pink gloss! =)
Hi, I actually read this really good article about makeup tips for fair skin, you'll find more useful information there I'm sure:

Does brown/black Permanent Makeup on the eybrows turn green/blue according to your blood type?

I'm thinking about permanent makeup on my eyebrow. I have a little scar and I always have to fill it in every day with eyebrow pencil. But I'm hesitant because I have an elderly aunt who had perm. makeup (tattoo) on her eyebrows since she has none due to overplucking. They were originally brown and are now greenish blue and she thinks it because of her blood type. So she has to fill them with pencil everyday.Does brown/black Permanent Makeup on the eybrows turn green/blue according to your blood type?
BLOOD TYPE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MAKE UP TURNING COLORS. IT DEPENDS MORE ON HOW YOUR SKIN HEALS AND IF IT WILL LET THE INK SET IN OR NOT. MY AUNT DID THIS WITH BLACK INK AND IT FADES TO A GREEN BLUE SHE THEN TRIED BROWN AND IT FADED TO A LIGHTER BROWN. THEY TOLD HER SHE SHOULD JUST RETOUCH IT WHEN SHE FELT IT WAS TO LIGHT FOR HER. U MIGHT NOT HAVE THE SAME CONCLUSION AS YOUR AUNT YOUR SKIN MIGHT LET THE INK SET IN AND ONLY NEED A TOUCH UP AS YEARS OF SUN EXPOSURE MAKES IT FADE.

THE SECOND LINK BELOW GAVE ME A BETTER ANSWER FOR YOUR QUEWSTION :0)Does brown/black Permanent Makeup on the eybrows turn green/blue according to your blood type?
Its not because of your blood type (?) The ink has just faded like a regular tattoo does.
    No silly girl
i would just continue on wat your doing because of the risk of that happening to you. your better off just filling it in everyday. and use mederma for scars, it will help it look better :]
    No.

Maybe it will fade with time and you do need to get it touched up every like 5-10 years maybe thats why hers has turned. Talk more with your plastic surgeon about it. Good luck! :)
IM NOT 2 SURE ABOUT THAT ONE... I DON'T BELIEVE SO THO...
nope. my mom has eyeliner and lipstick tattooed on.. she has to get they redone every ten years or so... but your aunts just faded! good luck

heres a list of the risk...

both just have information so you can decide whats best for you.

    good luck!
No, it doesn't matter with blood time ^__^;; it happens to everyone over time. The color of the tattoo fades like any other, and if you've ever seen someone who had a tatoo for a long time, it's a little blue-green faded.

I wouldn't reccommend this but if you really want to ^__^ Of course you can always get it removed later in life :) (although you'll be missing your eyebrows for a while!)

    Good luck! (b^-^)b!
I don't know if it's because of blood type, but if the ability to turn brown tattoos green runs in the family, it's likely to happen to you too. Besides, do you really want a fake looking solid line where eyebrow hair should be? When I had a gap on my eyebrow, I filled it in with very lightly with black eyeshadow, even thought the hair is dark brown. It only took a second and looked totally natural.
    ummm....i don't know, i just want points

IM 13 and would like ideas for makeup. i have fair skin with hazel blue green eyes. any ideas?

I think you should keep it simple. Just use eyeliner and mascara. A natural color lip gloss. If you want to use eyeshadow, baby pink and baby blue would look nice. These are my favorite.IM 13 and would like ideas for makeup. i have fair skin with hazel blue green eyes. any ideas?
I'm almost 13 and I've been experimenting with makeup, too. If I were you, I'd use brown mascara, and if you want to use eyeliner, then I suggest brown also. A tip is to apply to eyeliner around the lashline and not to waterline to excentuate the eyes. Try soft lip glosses, no brown or tan for them. Report Abuse

    foundation is a must
i'm just a year older and wen i was 13 i started wearing foundation %26amp; mascara and sumtimes eye shadow. 4 me, eye-liner just doesnt suit my eyes, makes them look small! but if u experiment enuf, u will find a look that suits u %26amp; is just u!! 4 me, i think that the basics eg. foundation, mascara lip gloss look gud, not 2 OTT.
ideas for a kinda natural look:

    foundation

    lip gloss

    eye liner or/and mascarra

and some tiny blush on top of your cheeks

and u could try the make-up store MAC
ok i'm only 1 yr younger then yu but anyways start out with natural syuff. yu don't want 2 much(unless........)try some soft pink blush, a light pink color gloss, some eyeliner(takes awile to get used to)(brown?), and maybe some light mascera. You want everything to look natural not overwhelming! HOpe this helps!
Eyelinger-brown, mascara-brown or black brown, lip gloss, light pink blush, and a smile!
Start with natural light things. Like light subtle shades. Such as light greens, blues, grays, and even some whites. Or some light pinks and sparkly things. Try a little bit of Mascara. Lip gloss. Lipstick looks too old. Its for adults or early 20's. Good Luck.
okay wear a light gold ((not to much)) because gold is the best color to bring out your color eyes or if youd ont want that color wear a light green or light purple ...... or if you dont like that then wear a light brown or white...... now if you have already preety eyelashes wear clear mascara or if you dont have the longest eyelashes but dont want that clumpy look then put clear on then use black mascara on the tips just to bring out the blonde tips.....dont use any blush...its not preety on young girls skin....now for foundation and concealer.... i dont wear it because it makes my blemishes worse....so if it doesnt do that to you then ONLY put it on your blemishes so you wont look like your fake....=]]]
Also, I want to add in here that the darker the eyeliner the more fake of an outline will be around your eyes. Since you are fair complected, stick with a light brown pencil/cream eye liner (not liquid).

Lightly apply the blush to your cheeks when you smile. You want the majority of the color on the round part of your cheeks when you smile then lighter as you go towards the side of your face. Use soft pink shades like Covergirl Cheekers or light rose shades if your skin has more yellow or gold tones to it.

What makeup should i wear if i have green/goldish eyes and dirty blonde hair?

I suggest you stick to natural earth tones, such as brown, yellow/gold and green.

For your foundation, I suggest you stick to something close to your skin color, with a touch of gold glitter if its nighttime. If its daytime / office, stick to your skin color and if you wish, add VERY LITTLE shades of maroon around your face. Not red, please, unless you wanna look like a clown.

For your eyeshadow, go for something brownish or tan. For your eyeliner, choose something pastel green (not yellow/gold in this case, please! You'll end up looking like a whore. And keep that eyeliner thin) if it's nighttime, dark green if its daytime / office. It will accentuate your eyes.

For your lips, just go for a shiner. If you insist on lipstick, choose something matte. What makeup should i wear if i have green/goldish eyes and dirty blonde hair?
Well being natural is the best thing. Wearing no makeup doesn't have the risk of making you look fake. But I have green eyes with gold flakes in them and I wear purple eye shadow. I was told by a make up stylist that purple goes well with green and makes the green eyes look brighter. You could also just take whatever eyeshadow you have and expirement. The stylist also said that pink lipgloss/lipstick goes well, depending on your skin color. If you're medium tan like me then it works. Maybe some black mascera and/or black eyeliner to bring focus to your eyes. The best thing to do is look up tips or just expirement. But remember everyone is beautiful without makeup ^_^ I hope this helps, even a little ^_^What makeup should i wear if i have green/goldish eyes and dirty blonde hair?
green eyeshadow will bring out your eye color, and try a gold liner to really make them pop!
i'm like that[[well a little blonder]] and i wear a light brown at the bottom[closest to my lashes] and then as i go up i add light blue[my eyes have some blue] and then i put a lil pink at the top. all these colors are really light though. the brand is wink. you really just gotta experiment though. oh yea and i only wear mascara. not eyeliner.
I would say bronzey terracotta, earthy orange type shimmery colours, it will bring out your eye colour and it's not too dark for your hair. Or try doing a grey smokey eye and light pink lips, that usually works on most colour combinations.
My best friend has the same looks as you, from what you told me. I do her make-up for her all the time.

    Try...

    -light green

    -turquoise

    -light purple

    -soft shades of brown

    hope i helped =]
