The dress is light green and blends to a lighter green in the middle and then blends back to the first green on the bottom with sequins and beads on the front going down to one side. Don't match the makeup to the dress, match them to your eyes. The best eyeshadow you can use and get really nice results is the Almay I-Color Line.
well, browns and tans look gr8 with that complexion... u can brighten ur eyes by adding a dot of white towards the inner side, and use earth colours....
